Old Goat Patrol Page
The old Goat Patrol consists of the adult members of Troop 55. To become a member of the Old Goat Patrol, all you need to do is spend the night camping with us on 3 different camp outs. You then become an official "Old Goat" and get a patrol patch like above.
The Old Goats are their own patrol on our camp outs. We are responsible for the meals for our patrol. And we eat very, very well on the camp outs. We have many talented Dutch Oven cooks. Dining while camping does not mean you have to "rough it". We have a lot of fun and friendship in the Old Goats. There is no age or gender requirement to be an Old Goat.
We even have Old Goats whose kids have graduated and are
no longer in the Troop (and they come to every camp out)!
