Troop Leadership Training, December 2011
This was held at Hartman Reserve again this year. It is a great location with beautiful facilities.
	TLT is a chance for Scouts to learn about how the troop functions. More importantly, it is a chance for everyone to learn what the responsibilities of each position involve. For those taking on a new role, they can learn what they are to do.
The morning started with some lectures.

	We always include a service project. This year involved filling their wood shed.
