1. Make sure advisors have all physical forms – check all blanks and signatures
2. Leave Orchard Hill Church July 2.  Meet 1 pm.  Load gear, Group and crew photos.  Leave 1:30
3. Return trip plans – arrive Fort Madison 11.  Lunch, 3 hour drive.  Arrive about 3-4.
4. Who is driving for each crew
5. Distribute food for trip will be done July 2.  Give out money for food, will stop at MacDonalds for Supper Saturday, lunch at Raton, supper in Raton on return and lunch on return trip. $10 per person for 4 meals in budget.  Lead advisor for each crew will hold and distribute the money.  You should have money for train breakfast down, and breakfast on trip back if you wish.  Otherwise snacks provided
6. Cost – $ for back camps (10 per person) and Tooth of Time traders
7. Group gear:
   1. Water filtration Greg, Ron, Dave?
   2. Stoves – who carries and fuel (fuel container MUST be empty on train)
   3. First aid kit
   4. Matches/lighters
   5. Extra water container
   6. Tent stakes for dining fly everyone bring 2-3 extra
   7. $15 per crew to lead advisor for white gas at camp.
